AIA ArchitecTours 2023: Mid Century Modern
AIASB is hosting its 14th annual ArchitecTours on October 7th. One of our projects, Mid Century Modern, located on the Mesa will be featured on the tour. This Santa Barbara property has been updated to enjoy indoor-outdoor lifestyle on a small lot near the beach.
Overall, the tour features newly completed residences on the Mesa, mid-century and cottage-style accessory dwelling units, in addition to multi-unit senior and veteran housing projects. Tour participants will have the opportunity to observe and learn how architects transform ordinary spaces that elevate the human experience within the built environment.
